Corporate Headquarters – New Concord, OH

In 1999 Fabri-Form built the Corporate Headquarters in order to house the administrative offices as well as design, development and testing. This facility contains all on-site tooling and testing services. In addition our engineering staff is located on-site to oversee a program from cradle-to-grave, ensuring all the customers wants and needs are addressed and reviewed.

 

 

Bluffton, IN 

In 1990 this facility was established in order to provide an ideal location for the establishment of a team concept facility, serving as a model for the industry, and was the standard by which thermoforming companies were measured in the 90’s. Today this facility serves as our custom packaging center supporting all programs that will be used in a packaging and transport environment.

Byesville, OH

Dedicated on 1962, this was once the headquarters for all operations until 1999 when the Corporate Center was completed. It still serves as the life-blood of our operation with 5 full service extruders, supplying sheet stock to all of our other manufacturing locations. This facility is set up as a custom thermoforming plant and supports our distribution, consumer goods, and manufacturing groups.

Pekin, IN

In 1953 land was purchased near Louisville, KY in order to build a plant to produce General Electric refrigerator door liners. Today, this facility primarily manufactures all of the custom component parts that are required. They help support our heavy truck group while at the same time producing a diverse line of products which includes medical and institutional products.
